Has anyone got a BVLOS waiver for a dock-based DFR programme in the US?

We're putting two docks on rooftops for our drone-as-first-responder pilot. Has anyone here actually got a BVLOS waiver for a dock setup, not a pilot with a visual observer? Mainly want to know what the FAA pushed back on and how long it took.

Dock keeps aborting landings in crosswinds above 10 m/s. Normal?

Our substation dock has aborted 4 of the last 9 landings, every time the gusts go past ~10 m/s crosswind. The drone hovers, tries twice, then goes to the backup landing spot. Is that normal or is something off?

The night-operations checklist we use at the port

A few people asked after Forum, so here's our night-ops checklist. Two pages, nothing secret. The bit that saved us most: a lighting walk at dusk, because the ship floodlights move around depending on what's being loaded.

Autonomous perimeter patrols: share your false-alarm numbers

We run AI person-detection on night patrols at two sites. False alarms are about 3 per night, mostly animals and wind-blown plastic. What are your numbers, and what lowered them?
