Daily stockpile volumes from a docked drone: what accuracy are you getting?
We fly our coal stockpiles every morning from a dock now. Volumes swing ±4% day to day even when nothing moved. What are others getting, and what fixed it? Ground control points? RTK? Better overlap?

Following. We're about to start the same thing at a quarry.
Not mining but bulk at the port: we got from ~3% to under 1% with fixed GCPs painted on the concrete and flying the same route at the same hour. Shadows mess with the matching more than you'd think.
